Personal Data Administrator and Data Protection Officer

User rights

You have the right to:

  • Access to your personal data, including information on the processing of such data;
  • Correction of personal data;
  • Deletion of data, if there is no longer a legal basis for processing or if your consent to data processing has been withdrawn;
  • To object to the processing of personal data in the event that the data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of Inspira;
  • Withdraw your consent to processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  • Requests to limit processing if it is untrue, unnecessary, processed without a legal basis or if an objection to processing has been raised based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator;
  • Receiving and transferring personal data in a structured, commonly used format in order to reuse your personal data for own purposes in various services, in the case of data provided to the Administrator and processed on the basis of your consent.

Przekazywanie danych osobowych

Inspira may transfer Users' personal data to other persons, institutions or contractors who, in accordance with applicable law or contracts, are authorized to receive such information. Inspira works with contractors only within the European Economic System ("EEA"). Our contractors are also legally obliged to maintain an adequate level of data protection and information security.

Please be advised that, in certain circumstances, personal data may be disclosed to public authorities for the purposes of a court proceeding, court order or legal process. Regardless of the purposes and methods of the transfer, the transfer will always take place on the basis and within the limits specified by applicable law, with the observance of specific measures ensuring the security of the transferred data.

Users' personal data obtained by filling in the contact form or via e-mail are processed in order to maintain contact and provide answers.

The data is stored on the basis of the User's consent until its withdrawal, which can be done at any time (see section "User rights") or for a period of two years.

Changes to the information on the privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Notice by posting new content on our website. After the change, the information on the privacy policy will appear on the website in a new version with a new date.

In the event of a change that requires users to be informed in accordance with data protection regulations, we will inform you of the change by displaying a message when entering the website. If the change requires us to collect the relevant consents to process your personal data again, we will ask you for such consent again.
