Data Security

Inspira takes the security of your information seriously. The measures we have put in place to protect your data are described below, as well as the obligations of end users to ensure that they maintain their own security:

Physical Security

MyView360 app is hosted on a virtual private server in a European datacenter operated by OVH. Details of physical, electrical and electronic security measures can be found on their website.

The entire data repository is archived daily and stored in a second data center - also in Europe. We do not store any data outside of the EU.

Access Control

Inspira does not give access to its app to the general public. The only access for users is login, which can only be activated with a verified email address or a secure token.

Access to the administrative functions of the system is available only to our personnel on an "on-demand" basis.

We monitor industry best practices for these types of web applications and strive to always adhere to relevant, state-of-the-art guidelines.

The completed reports can only be accessed after logging in to the system and downloading - we do not send potentially confidential information by e-mail. After downloading the report, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure its safety.

The questionnaires can only be accessed via a secure and encrypted link in the sent invitation and reminder email. Questionnaires are not available after the expiry date of the tests without contacting our helpdesk directly.

We do not share e-mail addresses or any other information about users with third parties that are not directly involved in the operation and maintenance of the system.

We enter all data into our system under the assumption that they are confidential and we will not disclose them to anyone who has not entered them, except for a pseudonymised form in completed reports.

End user responsibilities

We expect users to take care of the security of their usernames and passwords and change them immediately if they suspect that they may fall into the wrong hands.

We expect users to provide us with valid e-mail addresses and that the e-mail messages we send will not be blocked by e-mail gateways or user spam filters.

We expect end users to be responsible for the security of their own e-mail systems and e-mail boxes.
