360 degree feedback

360-degree feedback is an HR tool that allows managers to receive feedback from various sources (subordinates, co-workers, superiors) on their strengths and weaknesses in a wide range of competence areas, based on a survey sent and completed by them, as well as by a statistically representative sample of respondents (subordinates, co-workers, superiors).

Participation in this study, both for the respondent and the respondents, is voluntary and there are no consequences of participation or non-participation.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE 2016 No. 119, p. 1, as amended).

All data collected is necessary and/or relevant to ensure 360-degree feedback purposes.

Purpose of processing

360-degree feedback allows the interested manager to see the views of those working closely with him about his skills and performance in people management and leadership, on the one hand, and a range of other managerial skills responsibilities on the part of others.

The 360 degree evaluation is a professional development tool that is formally separate and detached from the evaluation procedure. It follows that this tool aims to help interested managers (employed persons) to learn about their professional and managerial skills and to strengthen their own personal development in the professional context.

360-degree feedback is primarily aimed at continuous improvement of managerial skills and behavior of individual managers. It therefore focuses on a broad set of management competencies that are fundamental to creating the right performance climate for an organization or team.
